Coddled Critters Pet Resort and Spaw

Staff is great and so nice. I can tell my pup is loved and cared for. Really appreciate being able to watch the cameras whenever I want to watch my new puppy play. Being able to leave him with them while we work is a great relief and he loves going to school every morning. Hoagie tries so hard to leap into the car so we can get there as fast as possible, even though he is still too small to make it in. I have worked in a boarding facility before and can happily say they have surpassed expectations. He has plenty of space to play and lots of friends to play with and learn manners from. It's great to see him gain confidence and character. 5 stars for Coddled Critters.

I have three high energy Labrador Retrievers and they love coming to Coddled Critters! Whether it is for their daycare services or for their overnight extended care, Coddled Critters does an incredible job taking care of my dogs! My dogs are extremely excited to go play and when I pick them up they are tired and happy. The staff obviously cares about the pets they work with and that makes a significant difference and it is of great comfort when dropping them off, especially for longer stays. It is really nice that they have grooming services which makes it easy to arrange for stays and grooming at the same time. They have great ownership and great staff and I would highly recommend Coddled Critters! Thank you Coddled Critters!

Coddled Critters is the very best in the business! I don’t trust very many people with my dog, but I have complete peace of mind leaving him with the staff here. He LOVES going there every time. I love that they have cameras to check in and that they also send report cards during his stay with a picture, who his friends are, and how he’s been doing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I moved and it is a bit of a drive for me now but I will always make the trip rather than go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

-- (5* to 0* if possible) Very disappointed with your business and ethics.-- I once admired your business, especially your employees, but I learned from many sources that you are dishonest and far beyond unethical. I wonder how you! Erin Dueschene, can still be in ownership of a business after years of cheating and slandering people. How can you treat people like that? Especially those who work hard and care for the pets in our community and in your care? I am seriously concerned and worried by the mere thought of how you possibly treat the beloved pets in your care, if how treat you treat your employees (current or former) is any indication of the type/kind of treatment they may be receiving when you are there. I'm appalled that you can so easily discriminate and though people aside like they're garbage or some unwanted disposable animal. How many ex-employees have you failed to pay and blantanky ignored then for no good reason? On top of that how many out of those individuals have you tried to initmidate or slander? I can recall some names: Riley, Belle, Mary, Ashley, Steph. Do you remember any of those poor women? I understand why you have such a high rate of turn around and can not seem to keep a fully staffed establishment from what I've heard. You should seriously reconsider your business practices or at least check your moral compass (whether its intact orneven existent). It’s unfair that big corporations get crucified for similar wrongdoings but a local business should do better than that and rise to the call of the community that is supporting them. If justice exists, someone will expose your facility and your illegal actions. Be it through the BBB, Gephardt investigations, or Utah Labor Board.

Absolutely horrible experience and people. They should be put out of business. I was about to take my first vacation in 6 years. For some reason, I can't remember, I picked them to board my cats while I was out of town. When I got there to drop my cats off, they informed me they would not board them because a certain vaccination record was missing. Had they made any effort whatsoever to contact me about this, it could've easily been rectified. But, since they waited until 6:30 to tell me, after I spent 40 minutes in heavy traffic to get my cats there, listening to my kitties crying the entire time, my entire vacation was ruined. To make matters worse, they have thus far refused to return my deposit. They have so far insisted that even though this was clearly a result of their laziness and incompetence, it has to be treated as though I canceled on them. They are charging me a lot of money for a service they refused to provide. It's a safe bet they are desperate for money and it's not hard to see why. If you love your pets or care about not losing your money, take your business elsewhere. They are crooks. UPDATE Two weeks after being promised to receive a check to refund my deposit, I have still not gotten it

I was a customer for 7+ years where both my dogs started here as puppies. Over the past 3 years I have watched this place go down hill. There was a new sign tackily posted every week of some new restraint, rule, fee increase, etc…. Even though i was observing their care for my dogs decline dramatically. After interviewing several other daycares I switched even though it’s farther away and have ensured all my family did the same
